F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. The "F" stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. F45 classes will be offered to group exercise pass holders in a dedicated space at McComas F45 sign up Gym. The F45 studio is located in the single gym weight room on McComas Hall's main level.
The fusion of these three training concepts has led to the development of over 40 different, 45 minute , workout experiences, with more in development by the F45 Athletics Department. The F45 schedule linked below reflects our planned class offerings, however, we may modify or adjust these offerings as needed. Following the warm-up, the core F45 Training workout is minutes in length and each class ends with an optional cool down.
