Certainly she can promote this in her listing and offer lessons at an added extra cost. BNB isn't cheap so not likely that she could go for the student market but there might be those who want to brush up on their skills or who do business in the UK who might want to combine a holiday in a historic city with lessons. She could contact some of the companies that offer English plus holidays as a service and see if they would consider using her services. Thanks for your insight Helen. I've not seen any market research about combining language learning with bnb, it was more of a belief that it would be an attractive package. She's not done much hosting before so is a bit apprehensive about taking the plunge with Airbnb but with encouragement will make an excellent host as she is very welcoming. Similar to ABNB we manage all the admin and availability on the site, so its like a holding hand service.
