On this page you will find information and guidance regarding WJEC internally conducted assessments and the submission of internally assessed work. This includes how to submit marks; how to carry forward marks and where to find moderator reports. Internal assessments measure subject-specific knowledge and skills that cannot be tested by timed written papers, and currently include Non-Examination Assessment NEA , Coursework and Controlled Assessment. Before submitting marks, centres must ensure that they have followed their internal appeals procedure. Further information is available on the JCQ website. Once a centre has submitted their marks, a moderation sample is generated, and moderator details are displayed on IAMIS. Some subjects require the completion and submission of covers sheets and declaration forms. These must be completed for all candidates not only those in the sample, and can be located on the home page of each relevant subject.

Grade Input Centre Support Team - exams wjec. You will have received an invitation email to that address when you first signed up. This was done for any centre that has entries for a summer series where the submission of centre grades is required. If you have only just made your entries, then you should receive an invite email within a week of those entries being processed. Question Papers Conducting Examinations Irregularities Despatching Scripts Transfers Question papers despatch Question papers are despatched to centres in advance of each examination series. Centres must always keep a candidate's original UCI and not create a new one if they move centres, but it is particularly important for unitised specifications and if carrying forward NEA marks. We actively encourage centres and students to use our on-screen assessments. Do not leave the space alongside the candidate's name blank. If you miss the deadline then AAO will still accept orders for modified papers, however it is crucial that as soon as a centre is aware that the deadline has been missed that they request a paper as soon as possible.
