She will join the organization April At Advocate Aurora Health, a 75,employee, dual-headquartered not-for-profit health system located in Downers Grove, Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Schoeny has been responsible for benefits along with staff and executive compensation programs to ensure that all efforts were aligned with organizational strategy and supported recruitment, retention and engagement. In addition, she had oversight for Human Resources HR administrative functions — information systems and shared services centers. Across our missions Human Resources plays a fundamental role, from providing vital support for recruiting talented staff, to developing our capabilities for the future. Amy comes to us with an impressive array of experiences. In addition to helping guide other members of the leadership team on HR-related matters, Schoeny will be responsible for developing a comprehensive compensation strategy, improving talent selection, development and retention and guiding the development of HR systems that utilize enterprise resource planning.
