I don't know about the quality but am pretty sure they don't have a great customer services reputation.. This is one review site, there are others.. Trustpilot is the opposite all 5star reviews. It's the quality of the sofas Im bothered about. I have 2 x Next sofas and they're really good quality. Only used them once with the current sofas, had them for 5 years, quality seems fine to me and surviving kids and animals! Ours was from scs and has lasted 10 years so far. It's a bit saggy in the corner now but the arms and the back are still fine. My sister got one from there though and hated it but that was one of those cushion backed ones and the cushions went all saggy and were constantly being moved about.

Terrible experience with SCS. Went to them for laminate flooring for our hallway in October Livingston, West Lothian store , after being very happy when buying a living room carpet a few years back from their Edinburgh store. We found the flooring we liked, had a visit from their surveyor shortly after to measure up and confirm the flooring we'd chosen suited our hallway, and arranged finance. The flooring, underlay and door bars arrived weeks later, and we were told the fitter would be in touch shortly after to arrange a fitting date. So far, so good. We then heard nothing for a few weeks and had to call SCS several times before eventually being called by the fitter and told he'd be out on 1st December to fit the flooring. We both booked a day off work for this and turned the house upside down, moving everything out of our fairly large hallway and 2 hallway cupboards in preparation.
