These are the official patch notes for version 3. In addition to the Guild improvements noted above, we've also made improvements to Hideouts in Path of Exile: Scourge. Some Atlas Passives have been removed as a result of the number of Atlas Regions changing, while others have been moved to another Region. Fixed a bug involving partial instant Leech and the Everlasting Sacrifice Keystone Passive Skill granted by the Mahuxotl's Machination Unique Shield that could cause significantly incorrect calculations regarding the amount of non-instant leech to apply.

View Staff Posts Post Reply. Crucible monsters now have less life at all levels, most notably in Part 2 of the campaign, and in low-tier Maps. Increased the amount of Crucible Passive Skill Tree experience gained from encounters, particularly for encounters that are not fully-channelled.

Dodge and Blind provide more mitigation for fewer passive points and item slots than any other defence type. The difficulty of encounters at depth is now roughly equivalent to the previous difficulty of depth 1, encounters. It's also worth noting that the currency items that allow you to reroll the vendors' inventories are still tradeable.
