We've shopped at several O'Reilly locations and this one in particular for almost a year. Many of the employees are quite helpful and a few quite knowledgeable. Lately there have been a couple that are not helpful and tend to ignore customers. Today in particular, an employee, Marco -- was very Unhelpful when I came into the store and then when I had to call and request if I could return just the light that did not work in the driving light kit I bought or if I had to return the whole kit. His first reaction was to tell me that they did not sell Driving Lights. Looking at both my receipt and the box in my hand, I said, yes, sir, I have the receipt right here, would you like the part number?
