I could say sorceresses are bad, all you need is dispell for the slows, inv and polymorphs as well. Dispel is far more effective against Necros in their current form, and still probably in their PTR form, than against other casters. Contrast the Shaman. Dispel does basically nothing vs purge- sure, it removes it, but purge is a very brief duration effect anyway, rarely will anyone position a unit to dispel it in time.
