Modern metagame

The September Modern metagame is a lot of decks you should recognize and expect, but the format is the most balanced we've seen it in a while. Even deep into Tier 3 we're talking about decks I would strongly consider for upcoming events, and Dominaria United's first results promise some shake-ups in the near future. A quick summary of my tier definitions, since everyone loves to have their own way to rank decks.
