February 14, Ask a new question. I am trying to pull an image from a microSD card used for an ubuntu board computer. The microSD card is 64gb. Back in windows 10 which I used to do this yesterday before I updated to 11 , when I plugged in the SD windows would pop up warnings about the many partitions on the SD not being formatted correctly, then assign each partition on the SD a Letter: label to access them in the file explorer. I could then use win32 disk imager to select E: and pull the image off the card onto my PC. After updating to windows 11 though, the OS does not recognize the SD card at all. It labels it as "Mass storage device" in both the disk manager and the device manager, but does not assign it a way to be accessible in the file explorer. This means that win32 disk imager can no longer find the SD card and I cannot pull the image. I have already tried using disk manager to make the SD a disk, but that throws an error.
