I got a new computer so I cannot find my jotform login credentials therefore I don't how to log in to my account and my templates.

I have flushed your login attempts again and this time, try to login after 30 minutes. You can also try to clear your browser's cache and cookies to refresh it.

Every single time I try to log in to Jotform, I have to reset my password for it to work. Every time, I reset it to the same password and it lets me in, but it then forgets about the password the next time I need to log in and I have to re-re-re-re-re-re-set it. What is happening? Can you try to manually enter the password on the password field and ensure that you are using the most updated one? As for your other question about upload space, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here. Additionally, my account says I reached my upload space limit even though I have no forms. I create forms and then transfer their ownership to my employer's account.
