The good: Fantastic location, near great dining, shopping, entertainment. Really couldn't ask for anything better. Heck, there's a great dentist two minutes away. Mostly very small, like a tiny chip in a window pane or a faucet handle that won't stay on properly. Some are medium, like a clogged dryer vent that takes three trips from a specialist in order to be kind-of cleared, or a dysfunctional sink sprayer hose.
