I tried several times to like it but because my hair is so long it would only take a curl at the bottom of my strands and got tangled and caught numerous times. If you are a stylist who curls all day or even someone who has carpal tunnel, this is for you!!! You just take a piece of hair about an inch or less and put it in the slot that faces towards you and when your ready just hit start and it pulls the hair in and after a couple of seconds it beeps to let you know its done. Additionally, I have physical limitations which make it difficult to hold and twist a regular iron without experiencing pain in my arms and wrists. Hair goes in.
