Hello everyone, i want to give you all some tips and tricks on doing the Valguero bosses. I'm a tek rex breeder on Valg and I've completed every difficulty multiple times with friends, and up to Beta solo haven't attempted alpha yet but will before server transfers open up for my own achievement. Full HP on Deino because all you need it for is the bleed. Expect a few losses with lower armor. You won't need it but bring it anyway because Manticore could glitch out. Note: Megapithecus will not spawn until a player or tame moves towards the mid to back portion of the arena. If a Boss is killed by a dino the element for that Boss will be found in the dinos inventory. Bringing the following tributes and summoning the boss fight will teleport you to the Valguero Arena for the boss fight. Once the fight begins, the Dragon and Manticore can already be seen and will begin to make their way towards you. You will have some time to get your creatures ready but watch out for the Pteranodons and Dimorphodons which will begin to attack you. So currently I have 19 Rexes and 1 Yuty, and I'm wondering if 30k health and about damage on the Rexes is enough. I only have primitive saddles sadly, but I couldn't find anything better. I haven't fought bosses before, so was just hoping for some tips to get me going so I don't lose. You're fighting 3 bosses at once and while the Monkey and Dragon are light versions of their Island selves, they can still dish out some damage. With primitive saddles, I'd maybe try the easy fight with 35k hp and melee at least. Hit the red loot drop in caves.
