This hotel was such a pleasant experience. We live in Taiwan and have stayed in many hotels around the island and this one is one of the best. The rooms are clean and don't smell like cigarette as in most places we've stayed, including 5 stars hotels. Actually, zhongli district, Clover House is not that close to the airport. The hotel is located close the train station and to many restaurants and convenience stores.

On 25 December , as Taoyuan County was upgraded to a special municipality named Taoyuan City , Zhongli became a district of the municipality.

If you are not staying in Taipei, this is a great place. Categories : Settlements in Taiwan Taoyuan. Really don't like the odd smell of the room but the staff are helpful and friendly. Close to night markets. This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The easiest way to get around is by taxi, which is readily available throughout the city. Another great time to visit is during the Lantern Festival, which takes place in February. Lotus Yuan is a hotel that seemed to have taken over several levels of a section of a building that seems to be an older apartment building. The mattress and bedsheets are definitely not comfortable for the price you are paying for this hotel. This hotel offers stylish accommodations, a rooftop pool, and a variety of dining options.
