Added a hotfix targeted at a very difficult first time user experience bug where wads don't show up until you switch tabs on the toolbar. There was an existing hack that was supposed to handle this, but it was broken by android api changes. None of the many attempted hacks worked for refreshing the wad listview, so for now there is a forced relaunch of the app if it is the first time the app has been run.
