It's awesome. Hey Adriene! I have never been into yoga, but some of my friends practice it a lot. I feel like I know you, dancer, actress, Southern gal. It has been such a blessing to me and so enjoyable. I am not sure what I would have done without her. Love this method to cure back pain. I do this at night driving from home to work and desk job. Just what I needed for my tight upper back. One of the first things I turned to for my chronic lower back pain was stretching. Really helped relieve pain.
