Yamaha p45 keyboard
Having played the Yamaha PB digital piano numerous times I found the sound to be fantastic and extremely realistic when compared to an acoustic piano.
Hi there! This is my review of the Yamaha P digital piano. Having gotten used to my Alesis Recital Pro, which gives you buttons and a display for very easy control of your settings, I was wondering if I would find the lack of buttons on the Yamaha P to be frustrating or not. Some of the keys are actually labelled which is super helpful all the voices are labelled as is the metronome control — I do wish Yamaha had finished the job and labelled all of the keys. The Yamaha P has 88 fully weighted, graded hammer action keys, so this approximates the feel of an acoustic piano.

I wouldn't recommend spending this amount of money for a beginner because one doesn't know if the beginner will stick with learning the piano. They say it's not too heavy, it' s easy to carry, and the keys are nicely weighted. I am a professional pianist. Report an issue with this product or seller. Buying options. Customers are dissatisfied with the pedal. They mention that it stopped working, is rather feeble, and does not have the three pedal feature. List unavailable. Customers also appreciate the sound, saying it'd be very realistic if it had a lot of buttons. My only gripe with the P is the headphone jack is located on the backside with all the other connections. Side Notes: My only complaint is the small, basic sustain pedal that comes with it.

When you come across a digital piano that has GHS, it basically means that the keys are heavier in the bass and get lighter as you move up the piano keys to the treble. If you're looking for something that will last a decade, you should probably be looking at more expensive equipment. I have not reviewed the Roland FP yet it is on the list! Take it or leave it.
