Only the service I was interested in is apparently only available online, I was on the phone with 4 different reps, one barely spoke any English, was told one thing - then was told I was misinformed, was told my order was all set only to be told that there was nothing in the system by another, AND regardless of the fact that my name, DOB and SS are completely different than the last tenants, because they didn't pay their bill, I had to drive to the store with my lease and ID to prove we were new tenants they wont let you fax it which was a huge inconvenience!
