WrestleMania is a week away. It was a mixed bag. Omos was the only person to actually be weighed in the official weigh-in for his WrestleMania match with Brock Lesnar, but he did punk Lesnar out when Lesnar tried to attack him, so that gives him the advantage going into the match, I guess. But will we ever find out how much Lesnar weighs? That's bad enough to have to sit through once, but WWE made it worse by teaming the faces and the heels for an eight-man tag on WWE Raw last night.

The Scottish Warrior battled Uso in a blockbuster main event match to cap off a show that also included the culmination to another rivalry, this one between Becky Lynch and Nia Jax. Who emerged from those two matches victoriously and with momentum on their sides ahead of the biggest show of the year and what other happenings had direct WrestleMania implications? Not before Rollins revealed a new nickname for The Great One, though. Dubbing Rock "Diarrhea Dwayne," he cited his long-winded promos and childish insults. This was an energetic promo to kick off the show, even if there was not nearly as much accomplished as other segments involving Rhodes and Rollins to this point in the build to the April 6 and 7 show.

Most revolved around the Intercontinental Championship. Not only did Gunther defeat Dominik Mysterio handedly, setting JD McDonagh up for the gauntlet match next week, but Sami Zayn also earned a massive win over Ivar, giving him victories in back-to-back weeks heading into the gauntlet. The IC title wasn't the only championship with a lot on the line this week though. Hearing the crowd echo "YEET" after every sentence from Uso's mouth was enough to get anyone hyped for the fight. The fight itself delivered on every front. Obviously, McIntyre is fresh off one of the biggest wins of the year at Elimination Chamber, so he was the favorite coming into this fight, and he was cooking, tossing Uso into the announcer's table. McIntyre followed that up by mocking Uso's catchphrase right in front of the announcers. As expected, other parties started to get involved toward the end of the fight. That wasn't the end of the surprise appearances though.
