My husband and I had lunch at Wild Thyme cafe last week. We were initially hesitant because I have coeliac disease and the waitresses didn't seem certain that the food was safe - but the chef reassured us that they take great care to ensure Staff then walked me through exactly what would be my safest options, and the lunch I ended up with nachos was delicious. We also had cakes, which were all gluten free, and very tasty. We had intended to go back again later in the week but ended up leaving the town due to bushfire threats : We hope to be back! Visited Wild Thyme Restaurant recently on a cold and rainy day. John, the owner greeted us in a very friendly, welcoming way and directed us to a warm, cosy table. As lunch progressed and we had a couple of conversations with John, it was clear Not only is it made with fresh, vibrant, delicious plant based ingredients, but it is also made with passion.
