I'm having trouble getting a clear answer about the Classic and Pro controller compatibility. Is that true or are they just saying that it does not work with the old WIi console, but it does work with Wii games played on the WIi U? The Wii Classic controller is compatible with the Wii U, but not all games support it. I don't know if the list includes every game that's compatible with it, but it seems fairly comprehensive. Pretty much every Wii game is playable with just Wiimote and Nunchuk though. The Wii u pro controller works only with Wii u games.
