WEBS yarn. Reviewers complaining about WEBS yarn. This company does not typically respond to reviews. I visited the retail store just before Thanksgiving, and bought yarn of course. Last week I decided I wanted more of one of the types I bought, and I received it in 3 days! The retail store is fabulous, and this speedy delivery was way beyond my expectations! Thanks to Webs! I've been waiting 2 months now for my order. They placed the shipping information within a few days of ordering to make it seem like they shipped it, but I've been waiting so long now and nothing has arrived. Even the tracking number I received from them shows that it never left the facility. I contacted customer service and they claimed they "shipped it", but when I went to the post office, they said the package is still in the original location. At this point, they straight up stole my money and then lied about it. Do not order from here.
