Serving a local, seasonal menu, with accents and influences from Europe the menu changes daily. The food menu is paired with a short wine list with local gins and beers changing monthly. The kitchen is headed up by head chef Aaron McNeice. The front-of-house team is led by Sean White who is the restaurant manager. Sean has worked with us for over six years following, previously at Hadskis.

The cookery School has been Operating since originally at our premises on James Street South, by chef and restaurant owner Niall McKenna, our cookery school is a great place to come and participate in one of interactive cookery classes which range from the day to day cooking of one pot wonders, to firm favourites of curry from around the world to fun classes such as sushi and cocktails. Waterman House Cookery School offers over 40 classes for you to choose from and is designed to suit beginners, as well as advanced cooks, where we share our passion of great Northern Irish produce. Waterman restaurant, Belfast. My visits to Belfast have been all too fleeting. Last summer it was a quick overnight stop for the Grand Gelinez! The seater is in a Grade B listed building, a former Bushmills bonded warehouse, and the large windows look into the loveliest of light-filled rooms, which is surprisingly full for a sunny day. We immediately choose to have the first two options and intersperse it with three small plates and a dessert from the a la carte menu. I explain to our waiter that we will be sharing each dish, and ask for each of them to be brought separately, not all together.
