They not allowed to bord flight, arguing that was cancelled the flight reservation. No chance to find and explain answers, very bad treated by Airline staff… At the end we buying a flight ticket with Aeromexico. Is a low Price Flight Company cheap , as it is cheap treatment for customers… seme with Kiwi. With we did our reservation. It is ridiculous that electronic checkin for under age kids can be done and need to be done over the counter. Having said so, we were requested to do the single line for this as if we never did any checkin or made services for this to happen fast. Just ridiculous. Flight delayed as it is the regular business for this airline. Very disorganized way of get off the plane. Passenger were pushing each other trying to get out. Flight was delayed an hour and 50 minutes.

If your hand luggage is bigger, the VivaAerobus assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

Stay away from this crappy airline. Due to flight delay, I missed the connection flight and was put on a flight on the next day in the morning although there were flights on the same night. The airline sent a sms stating the delay was due to a technical problem. At the airport counter the personnel said it was instructed to say the delay was due to weather which was a sheer lie because other flights in the same direction and at the same time took place on time. They refused any reimbursement for the hotel that was paid for at the destination, no accommodation for the night, no food, not even WATER on plane!!! How sick is that! The personnel when confronting immediately lost the ability to speak English.
