Overall disappointed in the level of interest show by the staff followed by high prices. No incentive to return. I was very pleased with Valley Vets. My cat had a life-threatening and unusual condition which was identified immediately. Even as a new patient, Olive was seen immediately and her condition was cured after an operation. The prices were reasonable and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly advise you go there. We rushed her to a weekend emergency clinic in South Charleston, only to learn that her white cell count was at the very lowest levels and her nausea was so severe that she could only regurgitate stomach acids and she suffered severe diharea as well. For the next week, we would daily pick her up at am closing at the emergency clinic and take her to Dr. Rogan at Valley Vet for them to attend throughout the day; and then back to the emergency clinic at night because she required 24 hour monitoring and medical attention. I could write volumes on the expertise and care the Valley Vet family gave Milli as well as me and Tina that week.
