The owner grew up in Chicago, and his father was a butcher and sausage maker. He started as a child making pizzas in his father's bar and restaurant. He has created his own crust, sauces, and toppings over the years, resulting in Uncle Pizza's unique handmade flavors. Uncle Pizza makes classic chewy New Jersey crust, with Chicago style flavor on top. All of our sauces and dressings are handmade.

The secret recipes that we use are the result of many years of experience. We offer pizza delivery to Glenwood Springs and Carbondale, Colorado. Uncle Pizza is locally owned and operated by locals. We provide pizza delivery to Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. Uncle Pizza makes hand-tossed pizzas, calzones, stromboli, fresh house salads, large custom salads, hot baked chicken wings, cheese stix, macaroni and cheese, and tiramisu. We also make our own salad dressings, and we offer almost 50 fresh toppings to choose from! Are you vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-intolerant? Uncle has you covered! Get creative and make your own custom vegan pizza with our vegan cheese and fresh veggie toppings. Our marinara sauce does have cheese in it, but our white sauce is olive oil based and is vegan.

No symptoms after eating. Would definitely recommend. Estimated delivery was an hour - they arrived in 30 and delivered to our hotel. Pizza was good - house salad was excellent. Had to call to order gluten free. Restaurant staff was friendly and very accommodating to allergies gluten and dairy.
