UC Riverside is planning for a return to in-person instruction and operations this fall. Find out below what services are available and what to expect as the campus gradually reopens. All dining venues are closed for the summer. A g radual reopening of campus food operations is planned for late August , starting with venues in the HUB and others to follow through the fall. Check the Dining Services website for updates. Most drinking fountains have been blocked in accordance with state guidelines but are expected to be back functioning by mid-August. Facilities Service is retrofitting some water fountains so that every campus building has gooseneck bottle refill capability on the first floor. The HUB will remain closed for the summer and expects to reopen its on-campus operations in September, when the core of the building and student lounges will be accessible. Privileges are granted biennially. Your UCR card is your library card. Library privileges are based on enrollment status and are automatically updated each quarter. The collection focuses on Riverside and San Bernardino counties in particular. Materials in fragile or deteriorated condition also are not loaned.
