After the last step I added the spinach and stirred through with the aide of the spatula. We had it as it was, fabulous, thank you. Everyone loved it, i served it with fresh semolina pasta. Instead of thickened cream i used ml of coconut cream and 1 tablespoon of thermomix veggie stock paste instead of the chicken stock paste.
