I cannot find my user's manual for the treadmill. I've pretty well pushed every button a few times and nothing happens. I went through one of the pre-set programs start to finish with the hope that the incline would at least drop when the program was finished -- it didn't! I remember that this happened once before, years ago, but am stuck with a poor memory and no manual - help! As soon as I start speed the belt stops moving what can I do? The incline adjustment on my Horizon T91 does not function.

I know nothing about the electronics but wonder if there was some kind of static build up that could not dissipate with the machine plugged and that was affecting the panel.
