Since that time we have had one email that took 24 hours to arrive at my daughters TPG address and this morning she advised she received another email and it has taken 3 days to arrive. Amongst other things we use her TPG address for welfare checks so you can imagine how upset we are regarding this appalling service. Given this I opted to transfer to The Messaging Company. My issue is that for weeks my email has been hopeless. For the last few days my email account has been behaving normally, and I assumed that the migration to The Messaging Company had happened. Then I received an email from them to say that the migration would happen between now and the end of March. This is whole process has become a huge unsatisfactory saga. What next I wonder…. Sorry to say but there is nothing that you can do about this. It just indicates that, behind the scenes, things are stuffed. So the only thing that you can do is to keep complaining to TMC until they make the service work.
