This salon does good work, but I consistently have to wait even though I have an appointment. Today I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to get seated then a tech came and put acetone on my nails. No one came back for 35 minutes! The acetone was irritating my skin by that point. I finally got a good tech, and he did a good job, however they really need to fix the waiting situation and overbooking the techs. This place was absolutely beautiful. I was new at this so my only complaint is I wish the tech would have given me an idea of what to do. There was a slight language barrier and they have to wear masks so I did have to ask for instructions a couple of times.
