Mary at the front desk who after a very confusing miscommunication, between a quote from the Call center and the quote from this tire kingdom, helped me get the call center price Don't bother making an appointment here. It's absolutely pointless. I even arrived a little early for mine. I was told it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple tire balance.
