Thomas mocks Diesel for not being a steam engine, and for being different than the other locomotives. Diesel tries to prove himself in a race against Thomas, but suffers a bridge accident and looses his cargo. Thomas rescues Diesel, and is rewarded with a visit to the rescue center on the mainland. Thomas is placed on a raft and pulled by boat. The chain connecting the raft to the boat breaks during the trip, and a lost Thomas is eventually stranded on Misty Island. His only companions are the "Logging Locos", a trio of locomotives who received unfavorable transfer there for poor behavior. After exploring the island for a while, Thomas learns that there is a tunnel connecting Misty Island and Sodor. Thomas and the Logging Locos attempt to cross the tunnel, but are trapped in a cave-in. It is the fifth Thomas and Friends film overall. Special, strong, deep-red Jobi wood from Hiro's homeland is being used to make the Centre. All the engines are very excited and all of them want to help deliver the Jobi wood to the Rescue Centre. The Jobi wood is being delivered at Brendam Docks. But this movie kept his attention from even the previews which I will admit, it is a bit annoying to have to skip through manually without the option to jump right to the main menu all the way until about the last 15 minutes of the movie.
