All three teen boys enjoy belittling Belly and show a sense of ownership of her and a desire to control her.

Even if they are not doing these things they will not feel safe telling you about what is happening in schools at parties whether they attend or not or what they are hearing is happening and most teens at 14 have already seen way more than what this show portrays. Most of this stuff is preference on what you would want to expose to your kids. If you do let your teenager watch this I'd say you should just talk about some of these things before or after watching the show, and what is expected from them in those areas.
