This the first time doing pretty much the coolest regional American food which is BBQ soul food. And with Jonathan as his guide, he toured the best of the best on an epic southern road trip in order to design their menu. It looks like a black walk in and they can see a little smoke come out you smell and of course you can see the wood right behind the bar. We smoke them in our smoker for about 45 minutes and then pick up we just throw them on the grill to get a good char. We toss them in Alabama white barbecue sauce.
