Located in the business district of Highlands, New Jersey, The Groom Room is a full-service grooming salon offering every grooming service you may need. The caring and gentle staff works extremely hard to make sure your beloved pet leaves in perfect condition. We create a secure, pleasant, and comforting environment that will leave your pet looking and feeling simply amazing. The Groom Room uses the finest quality shampoos and conditioners for your pet. These products are equally important as the Hands-On-Care. We believe in trying to establish a bond and a trusting relationship with your pet during their grooming experience. Each and every customer and pet that comes through our door is treated with the respect they deserve. The Groom Room was established in early It was shortly after that our head groomer, Christine Cinquegrana, joined the team! When you come to The Groom Room our priority will always be in the best interest of your beloved dogs. Owner, Lori Schacter, started her career at age 14 when she began working as an assistant with a local Veterinarian. At 16, she started a neighbourhood grooming shop. The loving and highly trained groomers and staff at The Groom Room are devoted to caring for your beloved family dogs in every way possible. They have experience identifying health concerns and take the time to educate you to keep your dog comfortable, healthy and looking and feeling his or her best. We offer a daycare environment that carefully considers each of our visitors' needs. We are fortunate to have a fully fenced and supervised yard for the dogs to enjoy. We don't rush the grooming process to allow our dogs to have fun and relaxing distractions from the work of grooming.

Our groomers are carefully hand selected and intensively trained. They all have many years of professional exp erience, coupled with exceptional handling skills to support your pet to feel safe in our care and throughout the grooming process. Our goal is to bring out the best in your dog's appearance in a way that keeps grooming safe and comfortable. Average visit duration is hours in length to allow dogs to relax between services and enjoy the doggie daycare experience as a way to associate grooming with fun and relaxation shorter duration visits are available; see "Add On Services" below.
