The deck lovedale

Dropped in without a reservation for breakfast, sitting outside on the Deck overlooking the pond. It was rather pleasant to be able to see and hear the water from the fountain in the pond noting how very dry the Hunter Valley is at the moment The breakfast menu has a couple of different items from the usual menus you see everywhere so was good to choose something different. Service was timely and the serving size was plentiful and food tasty. A rainy day in the Hunter Valley so decided on a late lunch. While The Deck opens to the small lake, the staff were so lovely in rolling a heater over and getting us a couple of lap rugs which ensured we were cosy. Coffee was excellent too! We really enjoyed the afternoon, good and service. We had a group of 10 with a late lunch booking for 2pm on Sunday 21st June.
