I ran this restaurant for seven years before moving to England. I have always been interested in cooking and love everything to do with food and creating new and exciting dishes. It makes me extremely proud when people enjoy my cooking. I started my business after inviting friends around for a meal. But I never found the time to sit down and talk and enjoy their company as I was so busy in the kitchen. It would not be until the following day that I finally had the time to sit back and relax!
