Ever since I purchased a SIM card to have service off of WiFi as so the ad stated, thought I had it, however not a snowballs chance, so I purchased data plan to get data so I could use my phone off of WiFi, well I can't get service so 4. Following up on a status review email, multiple bots told me that if I kept the page open the first available agent would with me - that never happened; when I asked the chat bot how long would it be, I was told that they cannot connect me with an agent- same page, same conversation. Whenever they sent a code to my email and I refreshed the page from my email to enter it, it looped me back to sign in or open acct. Multiple times when I signed in, I was told that my email and password were associated with another account so I was not allowed to sign in- they are not- for sure. Have been trying to port I.
