Sunday, November 12th, PM. Prior to purchase we contacted Xfinity and explained that we wanted to run a second TV on our service. Xfinity sent a new box and remote. However, we are unable to pair the remote with the new TV

We have a small hotel and several Roku TVs. We also have Comcast cable which requires cable boxes. The Roku TVs are great for guest mode, and we really love them. However after the latest update the Xfinity remotes that control the cable box no longer control the TV power, volume or TV input. I've tried several remotes, reprogramming them and no luck.
