Tasco has the worse customer service ever and very sneaky. I bought the entire kitchen appliances from them and got issue from day 1. And the worse sale person is Vince. First is Miele diswasher, he knew i dont need delievery until next yr. He said you put deposit in and call them before Nov to get the promotion 10 yrs warranty. I was surprised to call Miele later and was told u i have to take delivery in Dec. I called Vince back and he said " I don't know about that. If they dont let you then u take delivery in Dec then". Unprofessional and irresponsible. I called the store manager and complained about this. The store manager Eric knew about that promotion and the deadline.

When we got our dishwasher, there was some damage to it and the sales person tried to get us to deal with the manufacturers customer service department. I have now called 7 times and waited weeks Tue AM - PM. Paid an outside company to come and install them. Purchased a high end dishwasher with extended warranty. Get directions. Thu AM - PM.
