There is absolutely nothing better on a hot, sweltering day in Singapore than a T2 iced tea named the Fruitalicious Spritzer. We recently spent a morning at the new T2 outlet, ION Orchard with the incomparable Frankie, their tea ambassador and tea pro from Sydney who had flown in just for the launch of their third store. Believe it or not, Frankie was a freelance graphic designer and photo retoucher before falling in love with tea making and his enthusiasm is catching. In all honesty, it was not my first time making ice tea so I had some understanding of the basics but I enjoyed the class and got some new tips along the way.
