The pair have now signed the lease for an empty unit in Castle Street, just up from night-out haven Wind Street, and have started transforming a former Chinese coffee shop into a glitzy and glamorous bar. The unit is currently something of a blank slate, after Martin and Marc gutted the venue and removed its old coffee machine and furnishings. But in the coming weeks, the unit will be transformed into an inviting drag and cabaret bar with a fully-stocked bar, dance floor, seating area and capacity for up to people. Main Stage Swansea will be a gay bar with cabaret performances - and there's a real need for it here.
