Only a few minutes by train to the city, ten minutes drive to the beach or river. Subiaco pays the price for popularity, with parking in and around Rokeby Rd difficult and traffic heavy at peak times and if the footy is on at Subi Oval. With a few billion dollars being spent on world-class hospital facilities nearby, if medical treatment is high on your list, Subiaco is perfect.
