What gives?! I would have thought it's supposed to be random what item is generated but it doesn't seem to be the case? Heck, even if that is the case, I must have reloaded my game around 15 times or so trying to get a cloth to generate and instead still only torches appeared. The funny thing is, one time I did get a cloth to appear from this same soggy newspaper but I got knocked unconscious in the mines so I restarted my game because of that.
