This shows the current contents of your backpack. Below this is your portrait and name along with slots for clothing. You can take these items off and put them in your backpack, or even throw them out. If you want to walk around in your underwear, the game won't judge you. To the right of your portrait you'll see the name of your farm. To the right of the inventory screen there is a button with a square white symbol.
