It shifted to an area close to the B, a favourite with bikers, to a large public house with ample area for numerous public events and camping. In , the cafe was purchased by the Bowness Family, who ensured the place retained its original charm and ambience. With a variety of events such as car and bike club meets, charity runs, best bike competitions, fund raisers and live concerts among others, it is a terrific place to visit when in the area.

Many of the customers from the original cafe still visit us on a regular basis. The move in did not put off any of the old customers, who quickly adapted to the new venue, and the customer base in fact is still growing in numbers, thanks mainly to good publicity and bikers spreading the word.
