Tree Tops is a rather complex level with much fewer landmarks than most in the game. As such the descriptions for these Dragons will be a little more involved than the others. When you start the level, follow the main route forward and up some steps until you get to a view to Glide to a spot with an archway and a Red Thief. Get there, then jump up the steps at the back to find Isaak at the top of a Supercharge Ramp. To find Lyle, first return to the start of the level. To do that from Isaak's position, go down the Supercharge Ramp and jump off of it to the right a bit to land on a wooden walkway that spirals around the tree the Red Thief will go here if you're chasing him. Look for the Whirlwind on the left edge that will return you to the start. Once you're back, enter the interior and jump up the steps on the left to where the two windows are on the left wall. Jump through the right-hand window to land on the walkway: progress through here and all the way up to the very top of the steps. From there, Glide across to the grassy area where Lyle is. First, get to Lyle's spot and go down the Supercharge Ramp nearby. Jump across to the island ahead with the tall stone structures on it, then jump right and onto the next Supercharge Ramp. When you jump off of this one, turn hard right so that you land on and Supercharge backwards up the Supercharge Ramp where Lyle is. From here, Jump forward onto a thin ramp next to the one you started on. Jump left and as high as you can from here and Glide at the top of the jump arc to Glide to a stone island where Jed is.

Gunners are tricky opponents due to their namesake guns, but they can be defeated with a Charge. At the ramp to the next area, stop at the bottom and look right to find a side section with two Green Gems, a Red Gem, and three Chests with three Green Gems.
