Love this gym Having been going for a little over a year and it has definitely helped me. The fitness equipment and amount of weights are amazing. I love the fitness room lunges, stability ball They turn off sauna 2 hrs before closing hours but don't tell you this until after you already paid for the membership There must a word for that. Wanted a utility bill?

Friendly staff, clean and wide variety of equipment to use. The place could use an update on esthetics and fixing broken equipment. Overall great value. A very nice gym. For local residents only.
